In the past 10 months I have increased my turnover by 450% and I have recruited 7 team members. And as a direct result of setting myself a goal at the workshop to increase my profit margins, I have added at least £13k to Net Profit – and that was just one strategy! Net Profit overall this year will be at least 4 times that of my last year and I have to keep increasing my targets because we’re doing so well!
