Over the last 14 months of coaching, we now as business have better structures and proper systems, monitored Sales pipelines, test and measure sales, sales targets, have effective costing models and most important a clear focus for the business. The one to one coaching sessions have been brilliant to ensure that the focus is not lost and goals are achieved. Also having a coach to bounce off ideas and having someone question decisions that are being made has enabled me to analyse the decisions I am making and ensure that there has been a clear process within this and of course that the final decision is the right one!
I now rarely work during weekends and feel the most relaxed in years. I am now at last achieving the work/life balance which has eluded me for years.
I would personally recommend any business owner new or existing to experience business coaching in order to realise their dreams sooner rather than later.
